When I first started struggling with symptoms I had no where to turn. I was moody, I wasn't sleeping and I was terribly overweight, about 60lbs. I was so embarrassed about how I looked that I didn't even want to undress in front of my husband.
Thankfully, I was a premed student (I went back to college in my mid 30's) It was while I was studying biology at the University of North Georgia in preparation to become a doctor, I learned the science behind what was happening to my body.
My passion for helping women get to the root causes of their health and hormone problems led me to deepen my knowledge of the connect between nutrition and our hormones by studying nutrition for hormone health at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
Now I guide women in midlife deal with their hormones pre and post menopause, so they thrive during these natural stages of life!
Because of my education background and personal experience, I now create science-backed, holistic programs for women 35+ to balance hormones, lose weight, and feel their best.
