I am Phyllis Hannah Thompson, I am a certified integrative nutritionist, certified personal trainer, published author and Pre and Post Menopause Specialist with a background in biology.
My passion for helping women get to the root causes of their health and hormone problems led me to deepen my knowledge of the connect between nutrition and our hormones by studying nutrition for hormone health at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition after studying nutrition, biology and exercise science at Georgia State University. Now I help women in midlife deal with their hormones pre and post menopause, so they thrive during these natural stages of life!
